Jill Frey is a Senior Director at Bully Pulpit International (BPI) where she leads a team of digital marketing strategists. With over 10 years of experience, she works on behalf of clients across technology, media, and finance to develop campaigns that strengthen brands’ reputations, change minds, and drive action.

Jill has led efforts with some of today’s most consequential corporations and executives, shaping culture and society, to build integrated marketing campaigns that tell stories about the marquee issues facing our world today.

Jill and her team of strategists and creatives craft data-backed messaging, advertising, and media strategies proven to persuade key business and policy stakeholders and shape regulatory landscapes. Through this work, she has helped shape best-in-class integrated marketing teams at BPI, including building one of BPI’s first transatlantic engagements to deliver complex global strategies and market-specific insights.

Before BPI, Jill spent 6 years as a digital strategist at FleishmanHillard. She supported clients from JP Morgan Chase, NBC Sports, to Amazon in building scalable, integrated digital communications and influencer engagement programs to launch new CPG products and drive meaningful cultural conversations. Jill is based in New York, N.Y., and holds a B.A. in Organizational Science, Communications, and Political Science from The George Washington University.
