Katy Hampton is the Senior Director of Culture and Operations at Bully Pulpit International (BPI), where she leads talent initiatives, enhances the employee experience, and strengthens business infrastructure. In her role, Katy oversees key operational functions including organizational integrations and culture-building efforts that support sustainable growth. Katy ensures that cross-functional teams are supported with streamlined systems, clear communication practices, and growth-oriented resources. A trusted and values-driven leader, she fosters efficient, people-centered processes rooted in empowerment and belonging.
With over a decade of experience spanning diverse organizational cultures, Katy is known for her strong communication, leadership, and operational expertise. Before joining BPI, she contributed to the growth and development of mission-driven organizations such as Common Power, Giffords, and Lululemon, with a focus on business and people operations. Her early career also included work as a certified birth doula and yoga instructor—roles that reflect her lifelong commitment to care and connection.
Katy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Washington. She lives in Tacoma, W.A. with her son & husband.
