AI Innovation Manager
Lautaro Cabrera (“LC”) is the AI Innovation Manager at Bully Pulpit International (BPI), where he is at the forefront of integrating artificial intelligence across the organization. He's responsible for identifying cross-functional opportunities for AI adoption, developing and evaluating solutions, and leading training initiatives to responsibly and productively leverage AI. LC’s expertise lies in understanding how people learn, conceptualize, and leverage technology to tackle personal and professional goals.
Before joining BPI, LC honed his skills as an academic and market researcher, where he uncovered consumer insights for corporate clients in the gaming, entertainment, and technology industries. His extensive background as a qualitative researcher allows him to bring structure to complex, ambiguous problems, develop data-driven solutions, and systematically test their effectiveness.
LC holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Ohio Wesleyan University and a doctorate in technology, learning and leadership from the University of Maryland, College Park. Born and raised in Argentina, LC is an obligatory soccer fan (and still plays when he can). In his free time, he also enjoys a slow chess game, a 9-hole round of golf, a long bike ride, or firing up a PC game on a rainy day.
